I am a Master Coach with a 20-year track record supporting executives from over 40 countries in major corporate companies, to make transformational changes to the way they behave and operate as leaders. I combine a powerful, stakeholder centred approach, with Master Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) skills and experience so changes are sustained long after the coaching programmes have been completed.

I established Beyond Performance Limited in 2002, after a career in commercial management and consultancy with ICI, AstraZeneca, Deloitte, Sainsbury’s Supermarkets and The Balanced Scorecard Collaborative. I understand the pressures senior executives face in multinational companies, having had similar challenges in my own experience.
